Saudi Arabia allows foreigners to buy property

Non-Saudis who are legal residents of Saudi Arabia can now own a property.

According to Arab media, Abshar Platform has set three conditions for foreigners to buy property in Saudi Arabia.

According to the terms, a foreigner must have a valid and indefinite residence permit (residence) in order to purchase property.

The resident must provide all property information with a copy of the title deed.

The buyer must not have any other property in Saudi Arabia.

According to Abshar, non-Saudis can access the service on the Abshar platform through “My Services”.
