Corona cases rate declines in the country, the rate in Karachi is 14%

Despite the decline in corona cases in the country, the number of cases in Karachi has increased, the rate of positive cases of corona in the city has increased to 14%, 930 new confirmed cases of corona virus have come to light across the country, 39 more people have lost their lives.

PIA to resume flights to Canada

In a statement, the spokesman said the Canadian officials allowed PIA to resume flight operations to Toronto, which were previously banned in the light of a surge in Covid-19 cases in the country. Primary schools reopen in Sindh as covid cases drops

Primary schools in Sindh have reopened from today with strict standard operating procedures (SOPs) as coronavirus cases decline in the province. According to instructions issued by the Sindh government, schools will reopen with 50 percent attendance while school teachers and administration have been directed to ensure implementation of government guidelines.

Sexual Abuse Case : Mufti Aziz-ur-Rehman arrested in Mianwali

Mufti Azizur Rehman, who was charged with sexually abusing a madrassa student, has been arrested in Punjab’s Mianwali, a police spokesperson said Sunday. A Punjab police spokesperson told news channel that Aziz’s two sons were also arrested in two separate raids in Lakki Marwat and Kahna.

Pakistan inks deal with Pfizer for 13 million doses of Covid vaccine

Pakistan has signed an agreement for 13 million more doses of Pfizer vaccine. In early August, 12 million more doses of AstraZeneca vaccine will also be available. According to sources, the first batch of vaccines under the deal will reach Pakistan by the end of July.
