Awami National Party part ways with PDM

Angered by the show-cause notice, Awami National Party (ANP) on Tuesday announced to part ways with Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) – an 11-party opposition alliance. Sources told that the ANP leadership held consultations over the matter after which the party decided it was time to part ways with the 10-party alliance.

Sindh suspends on-campus school classes till grade 8 from April 6

The Sindh government has suspended physical classes at schools for grades nursery to eight for 15 days as coronavirus infections rise. According to Sindh Education Minister Saeed Ghani, classes will go online from April 6, Tuesday at all private and public schools. The decision was taken in view of the Covid-19 situation.
