Senior Pakistani actor Nauman Ijaz has said that daily recitation of Surah Rehman played a significant role in the treatment of cancer.
Nauman Ijaz recently participated in a podcast, where he shared details about his illness and recovery.
The actor said that in June 2024, he was diagnosed with a tumor near his ear and lymphoma in his stomach.
He said that on the day of the diagnosis, I prayed to God Almighty that if my life’s purpose had been fulfilled, then he would call me to him soon, because I did not want to see my family go through the pain of illness, hospitals, and chemotherapy.
According to Nauman Ijaz, my friend Gohar Butt advised me to start reciting Surah Rahman, after which I started reciting Surah Rahman daily.
The actor says that I believe that Surah Rehman played a significant role in saving my life. The tumor near my ear was operated on, while the lymphoma in my stomach was not visible in subsequent scans and disappeared on its own.
Nauman Ijaz said that the doctors were supposed to start my chemotherapy in July 2024, but the subsequent scans did not show lymphoma, which surprised me. God Almighty has been very kind to me
