Three killed in suicide attack on foreign nationals in Karachi

Two terrorists were killed in a suicide attack aimed at a convoy with foreign nationals near the Mansehra Colony stop in Karachi’s Landhi area. Additionally, two security guards and a bystander were injured.

Authorities reported that the target was a vehicle with foreign nationals. The Sindh inspector general of police stated that there were five foreigners in the convoy, none of whom were harmed.

The Japanese individuals from the convoy have been taken to a secure location under police protection, according to police spokesperson Abrar Hussain Baloch.

The attack occurred as the convoy drove through the area under the jurisdiction of the Malir Sharafi Goth police station. Witnesses recall a significant explosion followed by shots. Police and emergency teams arrived quickly at the site and transferred the injured to Jinnah Hospital for treatment.
