CARACAS (AFP/Reuters) – Venezuela's back-to-back earthquakes have left at least 164 people dead and injured 971, said the country's acting President Delcy Rodriguez, updating an earlier toll.
The twin earthquakes late Wednesday night have left dozens of buildings collapsed or heavily damaged in La Guaira state, according to an AFP reporter who saw at least two people dead.
