PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Khan has emphasized his wish for JUI-F leader Maulana Fazlur Rehman to join an alliance with the party, urging political entities to come together to fortify Parliament, the judiciary, and the Election Commission.
In a media briefing following a parliamentary party meeting, Barrister Gohar noted that the current joint opposition alliance is confined to the National Assembly and collaborative efforts on legislation.
He mentioned that representatives from the PPP had also engaged with them, highlighting the importance of ongoing communication and dialogue among political factions.
Barrister Gohar stated that PTI founder Imran Khan had entrusted Asad Qaiser and Allama Raja Nasir Abbas with full authority over opposition activities and political affairs.
He further remarked that political activists have been directed to refrain from chanting slogans against anyone and to uphold civility and respect during political discussions.
