If the global perception had been in favor of India, such a request would have been unnecessary.

His strategy for managing tensions with China through Indian support has once again faltered. India, in its current state, is unlikely to take another desperate attempt. The prospects of Modi mending ties with Pakistan seem slim. However, as neighbors, we hold onto the hope that there will be a change in India soon, and a new regime will strive to restore better relations with Pakistan.
