Imran Khan ‘closes doors to dialogues’ with all stakeholders

The founding chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Imran Khan, made a definitive announcement to end negotiations with all parties, including the establishment.

While speaking to journalists in the stark confines of Adiala Jail, Rawalpindi, the PTI founder declared that, starting today, he is closing the doors to any negotiations with any party, including the establishment.

He acknowledged that six party leaders had previously received permission to engage with the establishment. Whether or not we obtain permission now, we will convene a significant meeting in Lahore on September 21.

When a journalist posed a question about whether Ali Amin Gandapur’s statements suggest a sense of rebellion, the PTI founder responded that the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa voiced the nation’s sentiments. ‘I am in solidarity with him,’ he affirmed.

Another inquiry came regarding a party leader apologizing for Ali Amin Gandapur’s speech.

To this, the founding chairman retorted that those apologizing for Gandapur’s statements are nothing more than cowards. ‘They should not hold a place within our party,’ he stated firmly.

On the matter of Senator Faisal Vawda, the founder of PTI remarked that Vawda is a known mouthpiece. He suggested that an open trial in the case of Arshad Sharif’s murder would reveal all necessary truths.
