COAS vows strong bilateral ties with KSA

Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir has reaffirmed complete support for the Saudi delegation and expressed his hope for positive results from the discussions that will benefit both countries.

The Foreign Minister of Saudi Arabia, Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, along with a delegation, met with the COAS on Tuesday.

Discussions focused on shared interests and policy plans to enhance cooperation across different fields.

The Saudi Foreign Minister highlighted the long-term, strategic partnership between the two countries, stressing the need to explore various opportunities to strengthen their bilateral relations.

In turn, the Chief of Army Staff expressed gratitude for the delegation’s visit and confirmed the historical fraternal ties between Pakistan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He pointed out the deep respect and affection the Pakistani people have for the Saudis.

The Chief of Army Staff reaffirmed his full support for the delegation and extended his best wishes for beneficial results from their discussions for both nations.
