Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan has confirmed reports that he will enter his third marriage, saying he and partner Gauri Spratt will marry in a simple, private ceremony next month.
The 61-year-old actor, who has been in a relationship with Gauri Spratt since late 2023, gave details of the wedding in a recent interview.
Aamir Khan said he will have a modest, registered ceremony at home, attended only by close family and a small circle of friends. He added that they want to keep the event extremely simple and private, and that the wedding is scheduled for July 5.
Confirming their plans, Aamir said he and Gauri now feel ready to take their relationship to the next stage. He also discussed the possibility of a sequel to the blockbuster film 3 Idiots, saying he may begin work with filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani after the wedding, though no final details have been announced. He noted that he does not know exactly what Raju has planned and that the characters have moved far ahead in life since the original film.
