Central Command has said that B-2 bombers have been dispatched to attack Iran.
Officials say the goal of this action is to eliminate the Iranian threat and prevent Iran from getting back on its feet.
Earlier, US Defense Secretary Pat Hegseth said the leaders of the Iranian regime have gone underground, that the most severe attacks will take place today, and that we will not stop. He added that the world does not need to be worried about what is happening in the Strait of Hormuz.
The US Secretary of Defense said that an average of more than 1,000 attacks are being launched on Iran every day. These attacks were carried out jointly by the US Air Force and the Israeli Air Force. After the attacks, Iran’s military power has been significantly weakened.
He further said that the goal of the United States and Israel is to completely destroy or disable all of Iran’s key military capabilities, and that companies associated with Iran’s defense industry will soon also be targeted.
