The Sindh government has officially sanctioned the continued presence of the Rangers in Karachi for yet another year, breathing renewed life into their critical mission.
During a decisive meeting of the Sindh Cabinet, presided over by the keen-eyed Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, this strategic resolution was reached.
A spokesperson for the chief minister elaborated, noting that the Rangers will steadfastly support the police under the empowered authority vested in them by the Anti-Terrorism Act.
This freshly extended deployment period is set to commence on December 9, 2025. The Rangers will persist in their vital roles, battling terrorism and bolstering law enforcement initiatives across the vibrant expanse of Karachi.
