Security forces have eliminated ten terrorists lurking in the Ghaza Band area on the outskirts of Quetta. This decisive joint operation commenced after the acquisition of verified intelligence regarding the presence of Indian-backed terrorists menacing the region.
According to security sources, the militants belonging to a notorious terrorist faction were entrenched in the rugged mountainous terrain. These insurgents were reportedly implicated in numerous attacks across the area. Amidst the operation, the security forces engaged the militants in an intense firefight, culminating in the elimination of 10 terrorists.
Regrettably, two brave security personnel sustained injuries during the fierce exchange of gunfire. The successful operation also resulted in the seizure of a substantial cache of arms and ammunition from the slain terrorists.
Sources underscored the unwavering commitment of security forces and law enforcement agencies to obliterate terrorism and secure the safety of the nation.
Just yesterday, a devastating explosion shook Zarghoon Road in Balochistan’s capital, Quetta, claiming at least 10 lives and injuring over 30 individuals. Security forces responded with lightning speed, thwarting a major terror attack and neutralizing six terrorists affiliated with the group “Fitna-e-Hindustan,” as reported by security officials.
Authorities verified the presence of a suicide bomber among the slain militants, while two Frontier Corps (FC) soldiers were injured in the ensuing gun battle. The attackers, adorned in FC uniforms, brazenly attempted to storm the area before being neutralized. ‘We will persistently crush the malevolent schemes of anti-Pakistan elements operating under India’s agenda,’ asserted security sources.
