Security forces successfully neutralized 19 terrorists linked to Indian support during meticulously planned operations based on intelligence in the rugged terrains of Mohmand District, Bannu, and North Waziristan.
As stated by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), these strategic operations unfolded across several regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on the eventful nights of September 9 and 10, guided by precise intelligence insight, culminating in the elimination of 19 Khawarij.
The first bold venture took place in the Goluno area of Mohmand District, where 14 Indian-backed militants met their demise.
During a subsequent operation in the vast and strategic expanse of the Datta Khel region in North Waziristan District, four more militants were dispatched. Meanwhile, in the third engagement in Bannu District, one terrorist was effectively neutralized.
According to ISPR, a significant cache of weapons and explosives was seized from the possession of these Indian-supported militants. The apprehended terrorists had orchestrated numerous attacks in the locality. There is a continuing effort to expunge the remaining threats.
The ISPR emphasized the resolute stance of the security forces in annihilating the blight of terrorism plaguing Pakistan. These operations will persist until terrorism is eradicated from the nation’s soil, ensuring that terrorists benefiting from Indian backing are systematically obliterated.
