Pakistan has expressed full support for Saudi Arabia’s diplomatic efforts to ensure peace and stability in Yemen.
The Foreign Office spokesperson, in a statement, also commended the UAE’s efforts and said Pakistan is closely following recent developments in Yemen.
Pakistan underscored the need to uphold Yemen’s unity and territorial integrity and urged Yemeni stakeholders to avoid unilateral steps that could escalate the situation.
It called on all Yemeni parties to engage constructively and in good faith toward an inclusive, negotiated political solution based on the agreed parameters.
The Foreign Office said Pakistan hopes these diplomatic efforts will lead to concrete steps toward lasting peace and an end to the suffering of the Yemeni people.
