He reassured that there is no need for creating additional nuclear weapons, suggesting that the substantial monetary savings could be diverted to other crucial areas.
He also expressed his desire for a monumental decrease in defense expenditures by the US, Russia, and China, proposing a 50% cut. President Trump plans to make this proposal during his forthcoming discussions with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping.
