ترک صدر طیب اردوان نے نیتن یاہو کو موجودہ دور کا ہٹلر قرار دیتے ہوئے اسرائیل پر حملے کی دھمکی دے ڈالی۔

عرب میڈیا رپورٹ کے مطابق ترک صدر نے کہا کہ امریکا اور ایران کے درمیان مذاکرات ناکام ہوتے رہے تو ترکیے اسرائیل کو اس کی جگہ دکھائے گا۔

رجب طیب اردوان نے مزید واضح کیا کہ ترکیے جس طرح لیبیا اور کاراباخ میں داخل ہوا، اسی طرح اسرائیل میں بھی داخل ہوسکتا ہے، اس کے لیے طاقت اور اتحاد کی ضرورت ہوگی۔

انہوں نے یہ بھی کہا کہ اسرائیلی وزیراعظم نیتن یاہو خون اور نفرت میں اندھے ہوچکے ہیں، جنگ بندی کے دن بھی اسرائیل نے سیکڑوں بےگناہ لبنانی قتل کردیے۔

تقریب سے خطاب میں ترک صدر نے کہا کہ اگر پاکستان امریکا اور ایران کی جنگ میں ثالثی نہ کرتا تو ترکیے اسرائیل کو اس کی جگہ دکھا دیتا۔

وانائی بحران سے نمٹنے کے لیے حکومت نے اہم فیصلے کرلیے، دفاتر ہفتے میں چار دن کھلیں گے، بیشتر سرکاری اور نجی اداروں کا 50 فیصد عملہ گھر سے کام کرے گا، اسکولوں میں دو ہفتے کی چھٹیاں دے کر آن لائن کلاسز کرائی جائیں گی۔

قوم سے اہم خطاب میں وزیراعظم شہباز شریف نے کہا ہے کہ خطے کو درپیش سنجیدہ اور پر خطر مسئلے پر آپ سے مخاطب ہوں، امن کو لاحق خطرات ہم سب کےلیے تشویش کا باعث ہیں۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ پاکستان کو مغربی سرحدوں پر دہشت گردی کا سامنا ہے، مسلح افواج بہادر سپہ سالار کی قیادت میں وطن کی سلامتی اور خود مختاری کا تحفظ یقینی بنانے کی جدوجہد کر رہی ہیں۔

شہباز شریف نے کہا کہ علی خامنہ ای اور ان کے اہل خانہ کی شہادت پر پاکستان گہرے دکھ کا اظہار کرتا ہے۔

وزیراعظم نے یہ بھی کہا کہ سعودی عرب، کویت، قطر، بحرین اور دیگر ملکوں پر حملوں کی مذمت کرتے ہیں، خلیجی ملکوں پر حملوں سے خطے کے امن کو شدید خطرات لاحق ہیں۔

اُن کا کہنا تھا کہ پاکستان آزمائش کی گھڑی میں ان ملکوں کے ساتھ شانہ بہ شانہ کھڑا ہے، پاکستان ان ملکوں کی سلامتی کو اپنی سلامتی کا حصہ سمجھتا ہے۔

وزیراعظم کا اہم حکومتی اقدامات کا اعلان 

وزیراعظم نے اعلان کیا کہ آئندہ 2 ماہ کے لیے سرکاری محکموں کی گاڑیوں کو ملنے والے تیل میں 50 فیصد کٹوتی کی جارہی ہے، اس فیصلے میں ایمبولنس اور عوامی استعمال کی بسیں شامل نہیں۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ تیل کی بچت کےلیے تمام سرکاری محکموں کی 60 فیصد گاڑیوں کو 2 ماہ کے لیے بند کیا جارہا ہے، ہفتے میں صرف 4 دن دفاتر کھلیں گے، تیل کی بچت کےلیے ہفتے میں 1 دن کی اضافی چھٹی دی جارہی ہے، اس کا اطلاق بینکوں پر نہیں ہوگا، صنعت اور زراعت کے شعبوں پر ورک فرام ہوم اور ہفتے کی اضافی چھٹی کا اطلاق نہیں ہوگا

شہباز شریف نے مزید کہا کہ فوری طور پرتمام اسکولوں کو رواں ہفتے کے آخر سے 2 ہفتوں کی چھٹیاں دی جارہی ہیں، تمام تعلیمی اداروں میں فوری طورپر آن لائن کلاسز کا آغاز کیا جارہا ہے۔

اُن کا کہنا تھا کہ آئندہ 2 ماہ کےلیے کابینہ ارکان، وزرا، مشیران، معاون خصوصی تنخواہ نہیں لیں گے، ارکان پارلیمنٹ کی تنخواہوں میں سے 25 فیصد کٹوتی کی جارہی ہے۔

وزیراعظم نے یہ بھی کہا کہ 20 گریڈ اور اس سے اوپر کے افسران جن کی تنخواہ 3 لاکھ سے زیادہ ہو، ان کی 2 دن کی تنخواہ کی کٹوتی کرکے عوامی ریلیف کےلیے استعمال کی جائے گی۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ تمام سرکاری محکموں کے تنخواہوں کے علاوہ اخراجات میں 20 فیصد کمی کی جارہی ہے، سرکاری دفاتر میں گاڑیوں، فرنیچر، اے سی اور دیگر اشیا کی خریداری پر پابندی عائد کردی گئی ہے۔

Tens of thousands of Palestinians headed back to the heavily destroyed northern Gaza Strip on Friday as a U.S.-brokered ceasefire came into effect in a deal that raised hopes for ending the Israel-Hamas war. All the remaining hostages were set to be released within days.

Questions remain over who will govern Gaza as Israeli troops gradually pull back and whether Hamas will disarm, as called for in U.S. President Donald Trump’s ceasefire plan. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who unilaterally ended a ceasefire in March, hinted that Israel might renew its offensive if Hamas does not give up its weapons.

The latest truce nevertheless marks a key step toward ending a ruinous two-year war that was triggered by Hamas’ 2023 attack on Israel. The fighting has killed tens of thousands of Palestinians and displaced around 90% of the Gaza population of some 2 million, often multiple times. Many of them will find fields of rubble where their homes once stood.

The military confirmed the start of the ceasefire Friday, and the remaining 48 hostages, around 20 of them believed to be alive, are to be released by Monday. Palestinians said heavy shelling in parts of Gaza earlier on Friday had mostly stopped after the military’s announcement.

On a remarkable Tuesday, Qatar’s Prime Minister articulated that certain aspects of US President Donald Trump’s Gaza strategy need more illumination and discussion.

“While Trump’s plan aims to accomplish the crucial goal of terminating the ongoing conflict, there remain several components that demand further clarification and dialogue,” Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani imparted to Al Jazeera’s Doha audience with earnestness.

“We sincerely urge everyone to scrutinize the proposal with an open mind and take advantage of this chance to cease hostilities,” he emphasized. The Qatari leader highlighted that Doha is still awaiting Hamas’ reaction to the plan.

“We have yet to receive any formal response from Hamas, which must align with other Palestinian factions,” he explained. Sheikh Mohammed disclosed that both Qatar and Egypt, acting as go-betweens, had clearly communicated to Hamas during Monday’s consultations that their fundamental aim is to halt the conflict.

“Qatar’s paramount concern now centers on alleviating the Palestinian plight in Gaza,” he stated, underlining his nation’s commitment to “ending the war, famine, fatalities, and exiles in Gaza.”

He continued, “Yesterday’s presentation outlined foundational principles calling for the exploration of their particulars and ways to advance them.” The Prime Minister noted that Arab and Islamic states have tirelessly worked “to assure Palestinians retain their land and fulfill the dream of a two-state solution.”

“This present phase holds significant importance as part of negotiations, which may not yield flawless outcomes,” he remarked. “There is a pressing need to continue and enhance this trajectory for it to triumph and bear fruit.”

On Monday, during a noteworthy White House briefing alongside Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Trump revealed a comprehensive 20-point proposal aimed at concluding the Israeli conflict in Gaza.

France has officially recognized the State of Palestine, joining the ranks of several Western nations that have done so in anticipation of the forthcoming United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) gathering in New York.

“Today, France acknowledges the State of Palestine,” President Macron announced to an enthusiastic crowd at the UN summit, where the Palestinian delegation received the news with a warm ovation. He emphasized his commitment to fostering “peace between the Israeli and Palestinian peoples.”

The Palestinian Authority immediately praised France’s bold move, deeming it a “historic and brave decision.”

“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates is pleased to acknowledge the recognition of the State of Palestine by the friendly nation of France, seeing it as a historic and courageous act that aligns with international law and United Nations resolutions. This supports ongoing peace efforts and the implementation of the two-state solution,” declared the PA’s foreign ministry in a formal statement from Ramallah.

Simultaneously, recognition from other countries including Australia, Britain, Canada, and Portugal on Sunday increased the pressure on Israel as its devastating war on Gaza continues, claiming the lives of more than 65,300 Palestinians and reducing the area to rubble.

Meanwhile, the United States, a steadfast ally of Israel, has expressed its criticism of the recognition by Western countries. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio warned that such moves could “embolden [Hamas]” and complicate efforts to bring an end to the conflict.

Palestinian issues are anticipated to dominate the UNGA’s agenda, which will see the attendance of over 140 world leaders. However, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas will not be present, as the United States has denied him a visa.

President Donald Trump has declared that United States forces have successfully targeted and struck three Iranian nuclear sites in a coordinated operation he described as ‘very successful.’ He elaborated that the heavily fortified Fordow nuclear facility is now ‘gone.’

In a significant escalation of the ongoing conflict, Trump announced on Saturday that the United States would join Israel’s military efforts against Iran. In a statement shared on ‘Truth Social,’ he mentioned that the sites struck included Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan, noting that military planes are presently returning to base.

‘NOW IS THE TIME FOR PEACE!’ he emphatically concluded.

Later, in a televised Oval Office address that lasted just more than three minutes, Trump said Iran’s future held “either peace or tragedy”, and that there were many other targets that could be hit by the US military.

“Iran’s key nuclear enrichment facilities have been completely and totally obliterated,” Trump said.

In response, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi accused the US of breaching international law.

“The United States, a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council, has committed a grave violation of the UN Charter, international law and the NPT by attacking Iran’s peaceful nuclear installations,” Araghchi said in a social media post.

“The events this morning are outrageous and will have everlasting consequences. Each and every member of the UN must be alarmed over this extremely dangerous, lawless and criminal behavior.”

واضح رہے کہ چند روز قبل اسرائیل نے سرکاری میڈیا کی عمارت کو خاص طور پر محمد مراندی کو نشانہ بنانے کے لیے نشانہ بنایا تھا جو میزائل حملے کے دوران وہاں موجود تھے لیکن اس حملے میں محفوظ رہے۔
