Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said that, if the stated objectives of the campaign against Iran have already been met, it is unclear what further goals remain to be pursued.

According to a foreign news agency, Albanese warned that the final phase of this conflict is uncertain and that it is not yet evident what more can be achieved on the battlefield.

He added that the ultimate outcome of the war is unpredictable, but what is clear is that the longer it continues, the more severe the impact will be on the global economy.

Albanese observed that many of the strategic objectives the United States outlined when launching operations against Iran appear to have been accomplished, and he said Australia now seeks a tangible reduction in tensions.

خطاب میں صدر ٹرمپ نے ایرانی حکومت پر 45 ہزار مظاہرین کو قتل کرنے کا الزام بھی لگایا تاہم شواہد نہیں دیے۔

امریکی صدر نے کہا کہ آپریشن مڈنائٹ ہیمر میں ایران کی نیوکلیئر تنصیبات تباہ کردی تھیں، ایران نے دوسرے مقام پر نیوکلیئر پروگرام جاری رکھنےکی کوشش کی۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ ایران جنگ میں اہداف حاصل کررہے ہیں، نیوی، فضائیہ ختم کردی گئی ہے، ایران کے ایٹم بم بنانے کی صلاحیت ختم کردی، ایران جنگ کے اسٹریٹیجک مقاصد تقریباً مکمل ہورہے ہیں۔

صدر ٹرمپ نے کہا کہ ایران جنگ میں 13 امریکی فوجی مارے جاچکے ہیں، ہم اپنا مشن مکمل کریں گے، اسرائیل، سعودیہ، قطر، امارات، کویت اور بحرین عظیم ملک ہیں۔

ان کا کہنا تھا کہ امریکا آبنائے ہرمز سے نہ تو تیل لیتا ہے، نہ لے گا، اس کی ضرورت نہیں، ٹرمپ نے ایران کو معاشی اور ہر لحاظ سے ختم کرنے کا بھی دعویٰ کیا ہے

US President Donald Trump has said that the United States will withdraw from Iran in two to three weeks, possibly with a deal reached before then.

Speaking to the media in his office, Donald Trump said that we will be leaving Iran soon, we have already changed the regime in Iran.

He said that if France and a few other countries want oil and gas, they will go to the Strait of Hormuz. I think they will be able to defend themselves.

The US President made it clear that we will have nothing to do with what happens in the Strait of Hormuz, they will have to protect themselves, there is no reason for us to protect them.

Donald Trump said, “People accuse me of being a king. Tell me, what have these people been doing for the last four years?”

They said they want to keep the borders open and allow criminals to enter the United States. Opponents have allowed 25 million people to enter the United States.

The US President further said that steps are being taken to secure the White House. Many works have been done in the White House, and the money has been provided by a few large companies and wealthy individuals.

امریکی وزیر جنگ نے کہا کہ گزشتہ 24 گھنٹوں میں ایران کی طرف سے کم تعداد میں میزائل فائر کیے گئے ہیں۔ 

پیٹ ہیگسیتھ کا کہنا تھا کہ ہفتے کو مشرق وسطیٰ میں امریکی فوجیوں سے ملاقات کی۔

سیکریٹری وار نے کہا کہ ایرانی فوج کو تباہ کردیا گیا ہے، ان کی فوجی قیادت مایوسی کا شکار ہے۔ ایران کچھ میزائل فائر کرسکتا ہے ہم وہ میزائل گرادیں گے۔ آئندہ آنے والے دن ایران کے لیے فیصلہ کن ثابت ہوں گے۔

ان کا یہ بھی کہنا تھا کہ ایران اگر ڈیل نہیں چاہتا تو امریکا مزید سخت حملے کرے گا۔ آپریشن اپیک فیوری میں اہداف کا حصول کامیابی سے جاری ہے۔

انہوں نے کہا کہ اگر ایران نے معاہدے کو قبول نہیں کیا تو طاقت سے حملے کیے جائیں گے۔ موجودہ ایرانی قیادت کو زیادہ عقلمندی دکھانی ہوگی، ایران کی صلاحیتوں کو کمزور کرنے کےلیے کوششیں جاری رکھیں گے۔

اس موقع پر جنرل ڈین کین نے کہا کہ ایران کی صلاحیتوں کو تباہ کرنا جاری رکھے ہوئے ہیں، ایران کی اہم صنعتوں اور تحقیقاتی مراکز پرحملے جاری ہیں۔

انہوں نے دعویٰ کیا کہ امریکا نے ایرانی بحریہ کے 150 جہاز تباہ کیے ہیں۔

جنرل ڈی کین کا کہان تھا کہ ایران کی اہم صنعتوں اور تحقیقاتی مراکز پر حملے جاری ہیں۔

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has said that US President Donald Trump still prefers a diplomatic solution, and that the Strait of Hormuz will be reopened “one way or another” after the end of the ongoing war with Iran.

In an exclusive interview with Al Jazeera, Marco Rubio said that indirect communication and exchange of messages between the United States and Iran are ongoing, but Iran has denied reports of negotiations. 

Pakistan has also announced that it will host direct talks in the coming days to find a permanent solution to the war.

It should be noted that the ongoing US-Israeli war against Iran began on February 28, after which the closure of the Strait of Hormuz in the region led to tension and severe unrest in global oil markets.

America’s demands

Marco Rubio said in his interview that the United States wants Iran to end its nuclear program, limit its missile and drone programs, and stop supporting armed groups in the region.

He says that the US maintains that Iran wants to acquire nuclear weapons, while Tehran has consistently said that its program is for peaceful purposes only.

Possible military action

According to US media, Washington is considering a special forces operation to seize enriched uranium in Iran, but the White House has said that no final decision has been made yet.

Britain has announced that it will not participate in ground operations against Iran.

British Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has said that this is not our war, we will not get involved in it.

He said that Britain would not be pushed into Donald Trump’s war.

Keir Starmer said the UK would continue to take defensive measures, working to reopen the Strait of Hormuz.

Donald Trump has again threatened to “blow up” vast swathes of Iran’s civilian infrastructure — even naming every desalination plant — a threat that would cut off water to millions and, experts warn, would violate international law.

Until now the U.S. president has mainly signalled possible strikes against energy and power installations; on Monday he added water facilities to that list, intensifying the rhetoric.

In a social media message he wrote: “The United States of America is in serious discussions with a new, and more reasonable, regime to end our military operations in Iran,” and claimed that “great progress” has been achieved.

He continued: “But, if for any reason a deal is not shortly reached — which it probably will be — and if the Hormuz Strait is not immediately ‘Open for Business,’ we will conclude our lovely ‘stay’ in Iran by blowing up and completely obliterating all of their electric generating plants, oil wells and Kharg Island (and possibly all desalination plants!), which we have purposefully not yet ‘touched.'”

Legal experts stress that international law clearly prohibits making civilian infrastructure the object of attack or reprisals.

Iran has accused Israel of carrying out an assault on a Kuwaiti desalination plant.

In a formal release, the Iranian military’s Khatm al-Anbiya command held Israel responsible for conducting the attack, accusing it of exploiting the episode to incriminate Iran.

The statement described the action as emblematic of ‘‘the brutal aggression of the Israeli government and the depravity of the Zionist occupiers,’’ casting the episode in strongly condemnatory terms.

Earlier coverage said the plant sustained severe damage and that an Indian worker was killed. Kuwait’s Ministry of Electricity reported that an attack on a service building caused extensive damage and resulted in the death of an Indian employee.

The ministry added that emergency and technical crews rushed to the site to repair the damage and work to restore normal operations.

On Sunday, Pakistan said it was prepared to host and mediate “meaningful talks” between the United States and Iran in a bid to halt their war, and it pointed to mounting support for its peace effort from international actors such as the United Nations and China.

The government in Islamabad has quietly taken on the role of a key intermediary, passing messages between the opposing sides to try to contain the crisis. Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar convened his counterparts from Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Turkey for an extended meeting in the Pakistani capital as worries grew about the conflict’s wider impacts — notably the disruption of shipping through the strategically vital Strait of Hormuz.

Speaking on television, Dar, who is also deputy prime minister, said the visiting ministers had “expressed their full support” for possible US–Iran talks in Islamabad. “The foreign ministers advocated dialogue and diplomacy as the only viable pathway to prevent conflicts and to promote regional peace and harmony,” he said.

Pakistan hopes to capitalise on its deep-rooted ties with Tehran and its trusted contacts in the Gulf, as well as the personal connections that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir, the army chief, have established with US President Donald Trump. Dar and Sharif have been in frequent contact with senior Iranian officials, including President Masoud Pezeshkian and Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, and the foreign minister said Islamabad was “actively engaged” with the US administration.

“In this context, Pakistan is very happy that both Iran and the US have expressed their confidence in Pakistan to facilitate the talks,” he added. “Pakistan will be honoured to host and facilitate meaningful talks between the two sides in the coming days, for a comprehensive and lasting settlement of the ongoing conflict.”
