Sheikh Rasheed assure full support to CM Sindh for law and order situation
Federal Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid in a meeting with Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah while discussing law and order in the province and ongoing operation in Shikarpur assured all possible cooperation from the federation and said that we will give whatever Murad Ali Shah asks. If Rangers need help in the operation, they will also give.
In Karachi, Federal Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid called on Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah in which Federal Secretary Home Yousuf Naseem Khokhar, DG Ali Nawaz, Legal Adviser, Chief Secretary Mumtaz Shah, IG Sindh Mushtaq Mehr also participated.
The Sindh Chief Minister said in the meeting that Pakistan was at number six in the list of dangerous countries and is now at number 126. Earlier, he used to travel in Sindh with acquaintances. In 2007, the PPP government conducted a grand operation and cleared the highways. ۔
He told the Federal Minister that law and order in Karachi was so bad that it had become a no-go area. The Federal Home Minister said that Rangers are present, whenever the Sindh government can take services in their operation, the Chief Minister Sindh said that we need some sensitive equipment, it is being arranged by the Sindh government, in obtaining this equipment. The Interior Ministry should help.
Sheikh Rashid said that law and order is the responsibility of Sindh government and we are ready to help Sindh government in any way we need.
The Sindh Chief Minister said on the occasion that we will soon wipe out the dacoits from the Kacha area. On this, Sheikh Rashid said that terrorism cases should be registered against the dacoits.
