London based human activist and former tv actress Shama Junejo had a cancer surgery in London. She had been diagnosed with thyroid cancer in Nov 2020.

She worked Pakistan Television Corporation from 1991-1993. ‘Uroosa’ was her best popular serial for PTV.

It was 8 hours long surgery. Still in recovery room due to some complications and so much pain, but Alhamdulillah my voice is not gone.
