Ex PM Raja Pervez Ashraf vows to drop resignation atom bomb
Former Prime Minister and senior PPP leader Raja Pervez Ashraf has said that we do not want the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) to break up.
In a media briefing in Islamabad, Ashraf said that Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has a big hand in the formation of PDM . He said the PPP would not shy away from launching an atomic bomb of resignations from parliament, adding that the opposition alliance has defeated the government in the by-elections and the Senate elections.The PPP leader further said that the government is a loser in the Assembly and the Senate, adding that the name of the Leader of the Opposition in the Senate would be given after consultation.
He said that we will go to every reform committee but the final decision in this regard will be taken by the opposition alliance.
Raja Pervez Ashraf also said that Prime Minister Imran Khan gave funds of Rs. 65 crore to the members. He said that PPP issued Senate tickets to long time workers while PTI issued Senate tickets to billionaires and ATMs.
The former Prime Minister said that PPP will be a participant in every action of the country and public interest, we will continue the fruitful struggle for the rights of the people.
