Babar Azam leads Karachi Kings 7-wicket win over Multan Sultans
Babar Azam scored match-winning 90 runs as Karachi Kings wrapped up their second win by seven wickets in Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 6 against Multan Sultans.
Babar and Joe Clarke dominated in run-chase as Kings chased 196 runs with seven balls to spare.
Karachi Kings’ bowlers hold Sultans’ batsmen and restricted them to 195-6 in 20 overs.
Multan Sultans’s Rizwan partnered with James Vince to score 70 runs together,Rizwan made 43 runs off 32 balls with the help of five boundaries whereas Vince scored the highest 45 runs for Sultans. Sohaib Maqsood supported Sultans’ inning and struck two boundaries and a six to remain not out for 34 runs.
Joe Clarke scored 54 runs with the help of three boundaries and four sixes while Babar remained not out for 90 runs. Dhani bagged two wickets while Sohail Khan took a wicket for Sultans.
