Pakistan has vehemently repudiated the recent assertions made by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding the Kashmir issue during his podcast dialogue with Lex Fridman, calling the statements ‘misleading and one-sided.’
In an emphatic official declaration, Foreign Office Spokesperson Shafqat Ali Khan denounced Modi’s comments, arguing that India’s attempt to present itself as a victim is a distortion of the truth. He accentuated that the Kashmir conflict persists unresolved even after more than seven decades, and India cannot obliterate its continuous suppression in occupied Jammu and Kashmir through duplicitous narratives.
Reacting fervently to the Indian Prime Minister’s assertions, the Foreign Office indicted Modi of intentionally disregarding the Kashmir conflict while unjustly attributing terrorism to Pakistan. The spokesperson contended that India is concocting deceptive stories to deflect attention from its own participation in violent activities and undermining operations abroad.
‘Instead of faulting others, India should scrutinize its own track record, which comprises state-endorsed assassinations, subversion, and terrorism overseas,’ the spokesperson declared, further mentioning that the distorted narrative is being crafted to incite terrorism on Pakistani soil.
