4 FC personnel martyred, 19 injured in Quetta blast; TTP takes responsibility
Four security personnel were martyred and 19 people were injured Sunday morning when a suicide bomb blast took place at an FC checkpost located at Mastung Road.
The Balochistan Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) confirmed the suicide attack had targeted the Sohana Khan FC checkpost at Mastung Road.
Prime Minister Imran Khan, in a tweet, condemned the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) for the suicide attack.

Federal Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed condemns the suicide bombing near the FC check post in Quetta, saying that the blast took place while the shift of the soldiers was changing.
Talking to reporters near Torkham on the Pak-Afghan border, Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed said “We expect that the Afghan mainland will not be used against Pakistan. 4,000 people have come to Pakistan from Afghanistan, more have gone to Afghanistan. We have evacuated 10,000 people from Afghanistan,”.
