SHC overturns tribunal decision,allows Saifullah Abro to contest Senate election
Sindh High Court has allowed Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) candidate Saifullah Abro to contest Senate elections.
The Supreme Court, while hearing the petition filed against the decision of the Election Tribunal, restored the nomination papers of Saifullah Abro, the PTI candidate for the Senate.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) candidate Saifullah Abro had appeared in the Sindh High Court in connection with the hearing of a petition against the Election Tribunal’s decision to disqualify him from the Senate elections.
Along with Saifullah Abro, his lawyer Makhdoom Ali Khan also appeared in the Sindh High Court.
Saifullah Abro and his lawyer Makhdoom Ali Khan argued in court that my client meet the educational standards, he has services at the national level.
